Weekend Wrap-up

This weekend was rather dull - spent the weekend inside with sick kids still. Anna just seems to be progressing from one thing to the next. She now has the cough that Ethan has had and a fever. Ethan is finally over his fever (I think) but still has a cough. Ugh

My husband is back fully partaking in both of his jobs...he worked 60 at the fire department this past weekend starting Friday morning.

Even though we did spend the weekend inside, I'm still not complaining - I really like to hibernate when it comes to cold weather. I just feel bad for the kids not feeling good.

So I am in Illinois and we are supposed to get the mother load of snow dumped on us starting tomorrow afternoon. Between tomorrow afternoon (Tuesday) and Wednesday afternoon they are calling for ~18 feet. I think I'm done with the snow thing now. :-) Hopefully the kids will feel better and get to go play in it though!

Hope everyone feels better soon! you meant 18 inches, right? I'm in NE ohio and we're about to get hit too. I keep seeing everyone talking about how crowded the grocery store is and one of my friends in IN buying a generator. I didn't even know a storm was coming!! congrats on the sponsored posts. I'll be looking for them.

Ha, ha - yes 18 inches! I thought it looked a little silly when I posted it! I'm sure the snow will be coming your way too. Stock up on things now. We were out today and it was crazy how everyone is loading up on things.

PHSHEW! inches... not 18 feet, that'd be super scary!
Stay Safe; I have a friend out that way- she says people bought all the generators from all the stores.

Stay in and drink lots of cocoa!

I hope your sick kiddoes get better soon. those lingering coughs are so annoying.
