AboutOne stores the information with bank-level security. Then, the system automatically uses the information you’ve entered to save you time on family administrative chores like completing school forms, college apps, caregiver instructions, and tax returns, creating family newsletters and scrapbooks, and automatically creating and mailing holiday cards (coming Dec 1). The information is also available, at your fingertips, to make informed decisions and respond quickly to an emergency. My Review

I think AboutOne is a great site to get organized, manage family memories, family management and digital scrapbooking...among other things.  Also, if you don't live near family or move around a lot because you or a spouse is in the military - I love the monthly newsletter feature.  It is a great way to capture family moments and family memories.

I love that AboutOne is very user friendly to enter data.  I could enter all of my information in seconds using either the wizard or templates or little bits of information at a time, and I could do that but using either my computer, mobile phone or scanning right into the system.  The mobile phone access is especially great since we can be out any about and I can capture family moments and upload them directly to AboutOne.  Plus, a real bonus, I only had to enter data one time because then it automatically updates fields throughout the system where that data is needed again.

Oh and all this information you are input, no need to worry about computer crashes and losing it all, AboutOne backs up all your information for you!

Also, super exciting news, starting December 1st AboutOne will have available the following features:

• You will be able to automatically create a hardcover photo memory book including user selected photos and written backstory
• And automatically create and mail greeting cards and invitations, using the Connections aspect
