TRACFONE1 – No Contract Cellular Service!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of TracFone for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Are you looking for some help this summer with your cell phone bill? Are you searching for a low cost phone for your kids so you can keep in touch with them? Have you struggled in the past finding phones to fit your family’s needs? TracFone is here to help!

Recently I came across TRACFONE1 - a cellular service which has no contracts, no credit checks, no activation charges or cancellation fees.  Plus it has great nationwide coverage, excellent reception/connectivity.

Here are some testimonies from real TracFone customers

TRACFONE1 offers some great options in monthly phone plans.  If you choose the 1 year service card you will receive double minutes for the life of your TracFone, and 800 minutes, for only $119.00.  The “double minutes for the life of your phone” is a feature that can be purchased separately for only$19.99, but some phones include it!  Monthly plans to choose from include:  200 minutes for under $30.00, and as low as $9.99 for 50 minutes. Not looking for a monthly plan?  There is always the option to pay as you go online or with cards available at thousands of retail stores across the country. The "double minutes for the life of your phone" is not available with the pay as you go option...so monthly is a much better value!

If you need International calling, this is the only wireless service where you can call internationally for the same price as any other call.  You can call over 60 international destinations directly from your TracFone at no extra cost!  With the International Neighbors program, you can provide family and friends in Mexico or Canada a local phone number in those countries to reach you at your TracFone in the U.S.

TracFone even offers a wide variety of phones to choose from, including major brands such as Motorola, Kyocera, LG, Nokia and Samsung.   You can choose from simple "Candy Bar" phones, to Bluetooth®-enabled "Smart" phones.  Simple phones for simple needs, calling and texting capabilities for under $10.00.  Or, for a mere $29.99, you are can get a phone packed with features like camera/video recorder, web access, app capabilities, mp3 player, and full QWERTY keyboard!

Below is a clip of a phone offering so many features

My children are pretty young right now, but I do think about the future and the fact that kids do carry cell phones now.  The cost of adding on phones, increasing packages and extending contracts can be rather daunting.  I feel relieved knowing there are other options available for me and my family without the high price tag.

Planning On Moving?

As exciting as the prospect can be of moving into a larger home, I find the most tedious part about moving to be packing. I feel that it never seems as though it is going to be that huge of an undertaking until I actually start, and then it is quite over-whelming.

When we moved in to our house 8 years ago, we moved from an apartment and had one child at the time...who was only 3 months old.  Now that we have 3 children and have accumulated a lot more "stuff" I would definitely take advantage of movers to help out.

HireAHelper.com can definitely be a huge help with moving. HireAHelper can take care of all your moving needs, such as packing, unpacking, loading, unloading...even providing the moving truck and driving it to your destination for you!

The HireAHelper.com website is super user-friendly.  Just put in your zip code and the date of you move. It will then pop up a list of local movers along with price comparisons.  You can take it a step further by clicking on "Get A Quote" where you can specify additional services you are interested in which are not listed.

HireAHelper is available nation-wide.  Booking on-line will allow for additional discounts.  Plus booking your moving needs through HireAHelper.com will give you peace of mind in the unlikely even even that something unexpected happens, such as your movers get sick, their transportation breaks down, etc. and HireAHelper.com can not find replacement movers for you...you will be given a 100% refund.

We recently started looking at homes – just to get a feel for what’s out there.  There are so many houses in foreclosure or in different states of rehabilitation; it’s definitely a buyers market out there.  Unfortunately we need to get ourselves into a better place before we can afford to move.  Our loan officer told us that there are so many houses in foreclosure that aren’t even listed yet, that being able to get deals on homes like this will be available for at least the next year or two.

We are hoping to move in the next year or so that can better accommodate our larger family.  It would be nice for all the kids to each have his/her own room...plus have a little more space for all the kid "stuff". I will definitely be taking advantage of the HireAHelper movers to assist with the arduous task of packing!

Face Plant

Recently we were outside hanging out with some neighbors while the kids were playing.  All of a sudden I hear a thump and turned to see Ethan face down on the sidewalk.  He was racing with our neighbors little girl and caught a bump in the sidewalk with his shoe.

Poor sweetie pie.  I felt so bad for him, but he actually did handle it quite well. About an hour later Megan had a swim meet.  When we walked in to the pool everyone was asking what happened to his face!  They just saw Ethan that morning at swim team practice.

What was cute though was when his nose got the brown scab on it he looked like a little bear with a brown painted nose! Ethan's nose is now all healed and without a scare.  Kids skin tends to heal so nicely!

That thump on the sidewalk really scared me.  Luckily, kids can whether those rough falls much better then us adults. Although I did still go in to his bedroom to check on him a couple times that night.  :-)

Now Ethan refuses to wear those shoe's that he fell in, since it is the shoes that make him fall.  He has also boycotted another pair of shoes since then for making him fall too.  I told him at this rate he won't have any shoes left, maybe he should just watch where he's going...  Kid's are so cute - they say the darnest things!

Busy Summer Days!

Megan
I told Megan this Summer my goal is to not hear her say "I'm bored".  I believe I've succeeded so far.  The swim team has managed to keep our days, and most evenings, very busy...in a terrific way.

Anna & Ethan
On the 4th of July the swim team participated in a parade ~ their float won a youth award for the town.  Not only did Megan get to ride on the float, but siblings were invited as well.  Anna and Ethan had a great time on the float with Megan and the rest of the team!

I drew and cut out 90 fish in assorted colors and then each member of the swim team designed their own fish.  They were then hung on the float using a huge spool of wrap.  It turned out very cute.

It was extremely hot that day, so at the end of the parade the swim team coaches had a huge cooler filled with Popsicle for everyone!

Looking For Stylish, Affordable Glass Frames?

Recently I was introduced to the site Zenni Optical. Zenni Optical offers affordable eyeglasses that come in a huge variety of styles and colors. Their prescription eyeglasses are available for men, women and children, with prescriptions for single vision, bifocal and progressive lenses.

Up until about a year ago I was pretty much an exclusive contact lens wearer. I only wore my glasses in the evening and had always found glasses to be rather uncomfortable. Then I started experiencing extreme dryness in my eyes. I tried several different types of eye drops for dryness and nothing really resolved the uncomfortableness. I was still trying to wear my contact lens only to find that within an hour my contact lens felt as though it was glued to my eye. Once I peeled the contact lens from my eye, it would take just about all day for my eye to recover.

At that point, I decided the discomfort was not worth it and I started wearing glasses exclusively.  Eye glasses have come a long was in the last few years. They are so much more trendy and comfortable. They also come with a much higher price tag.

Zenni Optical has received very positive press coverage. The article 3-On Your Side: Eyeglasses Online For Cheap, really focuses on the significant savings you can get from purchasing your eyeglasses through Zenni Optical. Their frames average price are between $6.95 and $45.95 a pair. The average price I see at my Optometrist is ~$175!

Also, with Zenni Optical's website - it is super easy to maneuver through!  You can narrow your search to gender, type of prescription, style of frame, color, and much, much more.  You also have options for full UV protection, anti-glare coating, sunglass tinting, and free anti-scratch coating.

I just bought new eye glasses this year (~$400!).  Next time I need to new glasses, I will be definitely heading over to Zenni Optical.  Right now all my frames are plastic...but I do want a pair of wire frames at some point!

As with most people, I am always looking to save money where ever and whenever possible, with good quality products.  Next time you need to purchase new eye glasses, make sure you visit Zenni Optical!

Although I did receive payment from SponsoredReviews.com for this review, the opinions are all mine.
